Looking at other similar price range spa hot tub makes in the UK we notice that some rely on heating the water using heat jackets fitted to the pump's motor and do not have a seperate heater - do your spas use this method.

No we have considered using the heat jacket only method to reduce costs however by relying on a heat jacket alone the water goes cold during the winter months when the spa is in use, it's fine for places like Spain but not really the UK.

Does the heater go off on the spa when the pump is on fast?

No - however you can change the setting to turn the heater off when the pump is on fast if need be.

Is the spa easy to move to our new home?

Yes the spas are easy to move using a sack mover.

Can we wet test these spa hot tubs?

Yes you are more than welcome to come and wet test the spas.

Are the spas tuff, strong and built to last?

Yes - we still have the first fully operating Mirage TLX spa hot tub in the showroom which is coming up to 4 years old.

Are the spas easy to set up?

Yes - the spa is easy to set up they can be sited on a patio, stone chippings or correctly built deck, you then fill the spa with water using a hosepipe, switch on wait for the water to get warm and jump it. Add water treatment as and when required.

What are your payment terms?

A 10% deposit at the time of order with the balance (cleared funds) paid prior to transporting / collection.

Where do you deliver?

Main areas of England and Wales. Sorry an extra charge is applicable for Scotland and remote areas.
