Frequently Asked Questions

The following are the most frequently asked questions, if you should have any other queries or questions please do not hesitate to ask, we will be only to pleased to answer them.

How much does it cost in electricity to heat the spa?

Electricity running costs average £3.00 per week in the winter months to only £2.00 per week in the summer months.

What about maintenance of the spa?

Maintaining your spa is also very straight forward, all our spa's come with onboard management systems which maintain the water temperature and filtration levels, the only thing you need to do is add some chemicals to the water now and again.

I'm worried about keeping the chemical level's correct?

The thought of applying chemicals is a worrying thought to most people in the beginning. But after a few weeks you will become quite confident in what to apply and when, even with out testing the water first.

Where do I site my spa?

Your spa can be sited anywhere as long as the surface which it is to be placed is level and firm.

I don't have electricity where I want to place my spa?

When you place your order for your spa we will come to your property and advise you of your electrical requirements for your spa and provide you with a quotation for any extra works required?

Can I have a choice of colours for my spa?

Yes within certain limits specifically on material size we can make any model in any colour from our range.

What does the Ozone generator do?

In order to sanitise the spa water it is necessary to kill the bacteria and oxide the impurities, our spa range uses an Ozone generator as the oxidiser which allows the sanitiser to handle the santisation exclusively.

Do I need to drain the spa water from time to time?

Yes it is vitally important to drain the spa water after 4 to 6 weeks depending on usage use.  Impurities can build up and the only effective way to remove them is to drain the water and replenish.  The Health and Safety Executive recommend that water changes occur ever 4-6 weeks.

I have been told that the water can stay in my spa for up to 12 months, is this correct?

No it is not!  Some companies make this claim but it really is not acceptable, no mater what the system or however it is designed the water will need changing more frequently.  If in doubt talk to the local HSE about it.

Is it possible to have a Spa from stock today?

Sorry NO it is not possible.  Our spa's built to your specific requirements, this means that you do not need to compromise on your choice.  They are manufactured using a variable lead time of between two and three weeks.

I would like to see a Spa in operation-where is your showroom?

By all means pop along we have upto 10 working spas at any one time along with changing facilities for you to Try Before You Buy.
